Leischner to Bietz proves lethal as Parkston wins first

Well, after playing the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in Class 9AA to start the season, Trojans coach Eric Norden and company finally found the win column last night with a 26-18 win over a TUFF Kimball/White Lake squad, 26-18.
But, it wasn't easy.
At one point, Parkston trailed in the fourth quarter, but, the Trojans rallied with 14, 4th-quarter points to earn the win. As a fan, coaching staff, anytime you win the fourth quarter, good things are happening.
Tied at 18, Braden Leischner hooked up with Luke Bietz on a 43-yard TD pass with 23 seconds remaining. Dawson Semmler added the two-point conversion for the final margin.
